Manage option sets
The Option sets page lists all of your option sets. From here you can create, search, duplicate, activate, deactivate and delete option sets, and see which products they are applied to.
Create an option set
Click Create option set and choose:
- Create from scratch - start with an empty option set and add your own options.
- Use template - start from a ready-made template. See Use option set templates.
You can also click Create premium option set to try all Premium features on one product (see Plans and feature availability), or Import / Export to create option sets from a CSV file (see Export and Import Option Sets).
The Free plan allows up to 10 option sets. When you reach the limit, the app shows You've reached the Free plan limit. Click Upgrade plan to create more.
Find an option set
- Type in Search option sets or products to find an option set by its name or by a product it is applied to.
- Use the tabs All, Live and Inactive to filter the list by status.
- Sort the list by Option name (A-Z or Z-A) or by Updated (newest or oldest first).
Read the list
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Option Set | The name of the option set. An icon next to the name shows when the option set uses a feature that needs the Advanced or Platinum plan. |
Status | Live (shown on your storefront) or Inactive. |
Updated | When the option set was last changed. |
Products | How many products it is applied to. Click it to open Applied products. |
Actions | Shortcuts for the option set (see below). |
Click the name of an option set to open the editor.
Actions on one option set
In the Actions column:
- Duplicate - create a copy of the option set.
- Save as template - save the option set as one of your own templates, so you can reuse it. Give it a Template name and click Save as template.
- Delete - delete the option set after confirming.
- Star icon - set the option set as your Premium option set, or unset it. See Plans and feature availability.
Actions on several option sets
Tick the option sets you want, then use the bulk actions menu:
- Active option sets - make them Live.
- Deactivate option sets - make them Inactive.
- Duplicate option sets
- Delete option sets

Applied products
Click the number in the Products column to open Applied products. It lists every product (or variant) the option set is applied to, with its status:
- Live - customers see this option set on the product.
- Inactive - another live option set is currently applied to this product, so this one is not shown on it. See Priority in Assign an option set to products and customers.
Use Search products to find a product and View live product to open it on your store. If the option set is not applied to anything yet, click Select products to choose products.
