What to do if OPTIS Options aren’t showing on product pages?

If the option set is missing from your storefront, go through this checklist from top to bottom, most cases are fixed by the first couple of checks.

1. Check the app is active on your theme

Ensure the app is activated on your theme. Verify this in the theme editor and click Save.

2. Check the option set is live and assigned

Confirm that your option set is Live, and assigned to your test product.

3. Check product assignment

In 2. Select products, make sure the product is included — not Not assigned or excluded.
If several live option sets target the same product, only the one with the lowest Priority number shows; check Applied products in Option sets.

4. Check customer targeting

In 3. Select customers, make sure your test customer matches — for example, Registered customers won't show to logged-out visitors.

5. Check visibility conditions

An option can stay hidden until another option is set. See Visibility conditions.

6. Check your plan

Some option types need a paid plan (e.g. Date & time, Color picker, Email, Dropdown with thumbnail). On the Free plan, try them on one product with a Premium option set. See Plans and feature availability.

Other reasons options might not show

If the options still don’t appear, it might be due to:

A conflict between the app and your theme.
Multiple product options apps installed and enabled simultaneously.
A conflict with another existing app in your store.
