Plans and feature availability
OPTIS Product Options is free to install. You can start on the Free plan and upgrade only when you need more option types, features or limits. This page explains what each plan includes and how the Premium option set lets you try paid features on the Free plan.
To see or change your plan, open Pricing plan in the app's left menu.

- Free includes 10 option sets, the 11 basic option types, Analytics, and email and live-chat support.
- Advanced includes everything in Free plus unlimited option sets, more option types, Price add-on, Conditional logic, default values, character/value/selection limits, up to 5 files per file upload, Import/Export, Translation and design Settings, and prioritized support.
- Platinum includes everything in Advanced plus all option types, up to 20 files per file upload, option quantity, Upsell product, Live mockup (product personalizer), editing options on the cart page and customer targeting.
- Unlimited includes everything in Platinum plus all future features and updates, theme integration, exclusive customization, expert optimization and top-priority support.

Try premium features on the Free plan (Premium option set)
On the Free plan you can use every Premium feature on one product without paying and without a time limit. To do this you use a Premium option set:
- Go to Option sets.
- Click Create premium option set, or click the star icon on the row of an existing option set and confirm Set as premium.
- Build your option set with any option type or feature.
- In 2. Select products, apply it to one product (or one variant) and save.
Things to know:
- You can have one Premium option set per store.
- A Premium option set can be applied to one product or one variant only. Options such as collections, tags, several products and product exclusions are not available for it.
- Set as premium makes a copy of the option set. The copy is not assigned to any product until you assign it.
- Unset premium turns the option set back into a regular option set. Its features then follow your current plan.
- If you upgrade to a paid plan, you can use Premium features in all option sets and on all products.
Trial, billing and changing plans
- Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You are not charged until the trial ends.
- Billing is handled by Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, and invoices are in Settings > Billing of your Shopify admin.
- To change plan, open Pricing plan, choose a plan and click Upgrade, Downgrade or Start 14-day free trial. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and the remaining balance of the current cycle is prorated automatically.
- Have a discount code? Enter it in the Discount code field on the Pricing plan page and click Apply.
- To cancel a paid plan, switch to the Free plan by clicking Choose this plan under Free. Access to paid features ends immediately.
- Your settings and option sets are kept when you change plans. Features that need a higher plan become unavailable after a downgrade.
