Q: How does the OPTIS Swatch app work?

The OPTIS Swatch app lets you customize the look and feel of your native Shopify product options. Instead of using the default dropdowns or buttons from your theme, you can display options as clickable swatches, buttons, or dropdowns — right on the product page, and even on collection pages. Why do we need partner access from your store?

Steps to see the store collaborator code

Case 1 – Code located under Users > Security

In the navigation tab, go to Settings

In the Settings, go to Users > Security, you will see the Collaborators Code

In this example, the Collaborator Request Code is 6443

Case 2 – Code located under Users and permissions

In the navigation tab, go to Settings

In the Settings, go to Users and permissions

**Scroll down and your Collaborator Request Code

We send the request to fix issue/do customization for you. Kindly let us know once you approve the request

Click the notification icon on the upper right, you will see an alert notify that we sent you a collaborator request

🚩 If you don't see the notification, you can go to Settings in your Shopify admin

Depending on your Shopify plan/interface:

You may see Users → click it.
Or you may see Users and permissions → click it instead

In the Users / Users and permissions section, you will see "OPTIS (by BSS Commerce) Support" request a collab access > Click on it

We already ticked the permissions we needed. So you just need to click "Accept request"

To see the permissions we’re requesting:

If you’re in Users and permissions, you’ll see the requested permissions listed directly.
If you’re in Users, click Edit permissions to review them
