Sync price list with market prices

If you sell in several countries with Shopify Markets and use price lists, run this sync so that the price of your add-ons follows the prices of each market. It makes sure price add-ons reflect the accurate market rates after price changes.

How to sync

In the app, go to Advanced features.
Find the card Sync price list with market prices and click Sync.

Wait for the message:

Price lists synchronized - your markets and price lists were updated.
No additional markets or price lists to sync - nothing new was found in your store.
Price lists failed to sync - try again, or contact support.

OPTIS reads the markets and price lists of your store from Shopify (the market currencies and the price adjustments of each price list) and saves them, so that add-on prices follow the prices of your markets.

When to sync again

Click Sync again whenever you:

create a new market or price list,
change the currency or the price adjustment of a price list, or
change the market prices of your products.

The sync is available on every plan, but it is only useful if you use price add-ons (an Advanced plan feature). See Manage add-on (additional fee for option).
