# Translate Product Group

### 🎯 Objective

Show your [Product Group](/swatch/product-groups/show-separate-products-as-variants-with-product-groups) in the right language for each of your store's markets, so shoppers see the option and values translated on the storefront.

### What gets translated

The **storefront-facing text** of the group — mainly the **Option name** (what shoppers see, e.g. _Choose Dress Style_) and the **value names** shown for each product.

The **Group name** is only an internal label — it isn't shown on the storefront, so it doesn't need translating.

### 📘 How to translate a Product Group

1. Select a language from the dropdown

Open the Product Group and pick the target language you want to translate into. The fields switch to show that language's values.

2. Click Auto translate

The app automatically fills in translations for all fields in the selected language, giving you a starting point.

3. Review and adjust

Check each field and edit any translation by hand where you want different wording — auto-translation is a starting point, not the final word.

4. Click Approve and Save

This applies the translations to your storefront for that language.
