3 steps to see the store collaborator code

Case 1 – Code located under Users > Security

In the navigation tab, go to Settings

In the Settings, go to Users > Security

In the tab Security, you will see the Collaborators Code

In this example, the Collaborator Request Code is 6443

Case 2 – Code located under Users and permissions

In the navigation tab, go to Settings

In the Settings, go to Users and permissions

Scroll down and your Collaborator Request Code will appear at the top of the page.

Click the notification icon on the upper right, you will see an alert notify that we sent you a collaborator request

If you don't see the notification, you can go to Settings in your Shopify admin

Depending on your Shopify plan/interface:

You may see Users → click it.
Or you may see Users and permissions → click it instead

In the Users / Users and permissions section, you will see "OPTIS (by BSS Commerce)" request a collab access. Click on it

We already ticked the permissions we needed. So you just need to click "Accept request"

To see the permissions we’re requesting:

If you’re in Users and permissions, you’ll see the requested permissions listed directly.
If you’re in Users, click Edit permissions to review them

Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up "Upsell product"

Step 1: Create Draft Products with Variants

In your Shopify store, create a draft product with different variants.
Assign stock levels and prices to each variant.

Example:
Black variant: Stock = 5, Price = $0 (only tracks stock).
White variant: Stock = 0, Price = $1000 (tracks both stock and price).

Step 2: Assign Variants to Product Options

Navigate to the Upsell product section in the app.
Select the corresponding Shopify variant for each option.

If the option set is missing from your storefront, check the following:

App Activation

Ensure the app is activated on your theme. Verify this in the theme editor and click save
Option Activation

Confirm that your options set is active , and assigned to your test products

If the options still don’t appear, it might be due to:

A conflict between the app and your theme.
Multiple product options apps installed and enabled simultaneously
A conflict with another existing app in your store.
